Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev issued an executive order on dismissal of head of executive power of Masalli region Ogtay Aliyev.
President's press service told the APA Head of Yardimli region's executive power Gazanfar Agayev was appointed to the post of head of executive power of Masalli region.
