Member of Parliament, head of the Azerbaijan-Libya parliamentary friendship group Govhar Bakhshaliyeva is visiting the Libyan capital Tripoli, press service of the Parliament said.

The visit, which ends September 11, is aimed at developing the bilateral parliamentary ties and enhancing exchange of experience between the two countries.
