President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has sent a message of condolence to his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin on the Tupolev-154 plane crash in Ukraine.
"With great sorrow that I learned of the death of passengers and crew of the Tu-154 aircraft flying from Anapa to St. Petersburg. On behalf of the people of Azerbaijan and on my own behalf, I offer our sincere condolences to you, families and friends of the victims, and the whole people of Russia," the message reads. /AzerTAg/
