Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, who has left for Turkey to participate in Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan Main Export Oil Pipeline official opening ceremony, on Wednesday received delegation headed by the US deputy Secretary of Energy Jeffrey Clay Sell in Istanbul.

APA associate reports that the USA energy deputy minister Jeffrey Kley Sell, Steven Mann, assistant of deputy state secretary of this country for energy issues, OSCE Minsk Group American co-chair and deputy state secretary Mathew Bryza, US Ambassador to Turkey Ross Wilson and to Azerbaijan Ann Dorse have participated in the ceremony.

Opening of Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan project's opening ceremony, the US–Azerbaijan relations and other issues of mutual concern were discussed in the meeting.
