Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev issued an executive order on appointment of Ali Naghiyev Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Belarus.
The President's press service informed APA that Naghiyev was given a diplomatic rank of an Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary. APA has recently informed quoting diplomatic sources that Naghiyev would be appointed ambassador to Belarus. Prior to this appointment Naghiyev was minister for labor and social protection of population.
