President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev received a delegation led by Carlos Pinto Pereira, Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation and Communities of the Republic of Guinea-Bissau.

The delegation also included Viriato Cassamá, Guinea-Bissau's Minister of Environment.
