Elmar Mammadyarov, the Azerbaijani Foreign Minister, intends to hold consultations in Moscow April 21 with Russian Ambassador Yuriy Merzlyakov, the OSCE Minsk Group co-chair.
The consultations will be held as part of one day stay of Mammadyarov in Moscow with respect to attend a meeting of the CIS Council of Foreign Ministers. They will discuss actual aspects pf the resolution of the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict over Nagorno Karabakh. Mammadyraov also plans to conduct consultations with his Ukrainian counterpart Boris Tarasyuk. He is to be back on Friday evening, Trend reports.
