As Trend reports, in his interview published today Oskanyan said "there was a time when they (Americans) didn't even want to hear of it."

"The USA is concerned in this issue, the US government discusses it and, I suggest, we have a chance to replace our old nuclear plant with a new one," Minister said.

"As far as I know, the USA are going to solve regional problems through constructing this new plant and thus are seriously thinking it over," Oskanyan added.
