Azerbaijan National Independent Party (ANIP) Chairman Etibar Mammadov intends to cooperate with Rasul Guliyev; the sides have held talks with regard to this issue.
For identifying the details of the cooperation, today propaganda and press secretary of the Party Ali Orujov has met with Aydin Guliyev, who is close to Rasul Guliyev. Confirming his meeting with Rasul Guliyev, Ali Orujov said that it's early to give information to press yet. According to Ali Orujov, cooperation between Etibar Mammadov and Rasul Guliyev is possible, APA reports.
