Galina Kobeskaite, the aide to the president of Lithuania, who took part at the 2nd Congress of World Azerbaijanis in Baku said her country is keen in development of links with Azerbaijan.
As AzerTAg reports, recently Lithuania will make certain steps in this direction. According to Kobeskaite, the Lithuanian President is to visit Baku in April. Lithuania is going to open its embassy in Baku shortly as well.
