According to the decree, 112 hot line has to be set up to ensure activity of Emergency Rescue Service, and special militarized troops of ESM have to be created to defend strategic establishments and facilities from natural, fire and terror threats in case of emergency situations, APA reports.

Furthermore, ships and hip bridges of Caspian Sea Rescue Open Joint-Stock Company were given to ESM as well. Cabinet of Ministers should approve the list of ships and solve problems with execution of the decree.
