The Foreign Ministry informs that a large group has arrived in Baku yesterday to organize the visit of Russian President Vladimir Putin on February 21.
As APA reports, the experts representing various structures of the President administration and a number of ministries will take final preparations for the President's visit and opening of the Year of Russia in Azerbaijan.
