As APA informs citing Eldaniz Guliyev, member of the bloc's Coordination Board, no explanation was given in this connection. E.Guliyev said that the failure to hold the sitting can arouse doubts on further activity of the alliance: "The bloc lacks full command; therefore, we cannot come together. I think, we"ll have to think of the antonym of "yes" concerning the bloc after that. However, we were going to carry out great strategic plans".

E.Guliyev also stated that, the bloc began to collapse gradually, as it was not chaired by one chairman and was managed collectively: "We should come together and clarify the issues on our activity. In fact, it is up to head of Central Office of the bloc Rashid Hajili to call the sittings. But, he is busy with other problems. The deputies of the bloc also engage in their own affairs. As for Eldar Namazov, he wants to please both sides. I'll wait until next week and talk with every member of the Board. If there is no concrete decision I'll determine whether to stay in bloc or not".

Eldar Namazov told that E.Guliyev's statements are groundless and he's unaware of some issues: "We have already fixed the date of the sitting of the Coordination Board to Monday next week. Very serious issues will be discussed in the sitting. There will be decisions on further activity of the bloc, the processes ongoing in the country, as well as, the results of the discussions of the Council of Europe Parliamentary Assembly on Azerbaijan and other issues. Eldaniz Guliyev will also be invited for the sitting."
