"The issues to be discussed in the session are communism and its crimes, Chechnya problem, recent parliamentary elections in Chechnya and Armenia, European integration, and secret prisons."

Meanwhile, Samed Seyidov considers possible existence of secret prisons in the occupied territories of Azerbaijan. Thus during the PACE session the issue concerning the establishment of a special panel will be raised to investigate the issue. Mr.Seyidov says many Azeri citizens and servicemen are still in captivity in Armenia, and the International Red Cross Organization has been informed. All this will be included to the document to be taken to Strasburg by the Azeri Panel.
