Candidates of “Azadliq” bloc will appeal to European Court on fraudulent facts and violation of their rights in November 6 parliamentary elections from January.
The information was given to APA by law department of the bloc Osman Kasimov. According to his words, at present the preparation of documents is about to be completed for the court. 12 candidates’ documents of the appeal to be prepared on behalf of the department have already worked out. It includes decisions of court instances of the country, and decisions of Appeal Court and Supreme Court. O.Kasimov said that some candidates intend to apply to the European Court individually. Besides, other structures of the bloc are also preparing documents for the European Court. O.Kazimov noted that 12 previous candidates’ application to be submitted to the Court.
