Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on some measures related to improving governance in the field of digitalization, innovation, high technologies and communications.

According to the document, the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies of Azerbaijan is renamed the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport.
