"Azerbaijan should avoid starting military operations, because it will be harmful both for Armenia and Azerbaijan," announced Armenian Defense Minister Serj Sarkisyan.
Serj Sarkisyan who is on a visit to the USA told journalists that his country supports peaceful way of solution of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict . "If Azerbaijan has no opportunities to solve the problem in a peaceful way some other issues, including building security zone can be discussed," said Sarkisyan. APA
