The OSCE Baku Office will arrange a seminar-dialogue for the authorities and opposition on 12 September.

Ulvi Akhundlu, a spokesman for the Baku Office told Trend about it.

According to Akhundlu, the dialogue will be dedicated to free gathering and the observation of the principle in Azerbaijan. The parties to attend the meeting were specified. However, Akhundlu urges that more political parties are expected to join the event this time. «Ingrid Gossinger [an employee of the OSCE Baku Office] has met with party leaders and invited them to the event,” he stressed.

The OSCE was also an initiator for a meeting-seminar among 8 pro-governmental and opposition held this May. As a result of the event the sides signed a ‘Behavior Code’. Though the sides met several times after this meeting, they have to stop the initiatives due to mutual claims.
