Total investment in the Azerbaijani economy will comprise $6 billion in 2006.
Farhad Aliyev, the Economic Development Minister, told Trend.
A $2 billion investment will be put in by internal sources, a $4 billion by foreign ones.
Growth of total investments index will make up approximately 28,96%, as the forecast on investments for 2005 is around $4652.6 million and factual investments for January-June 2005 has comprised 55,76% of the forecast.
Internal investments growth will comprise 40,716%, foreign investments - 23,789%.
