No amnesty act will be issued on the occasion of 28 May - the Republican Day, Azay Guliyev, a member of the State Commission on Pardon at the Azerbaijani President, also the head of the National Forum of Non-governmental organizations (NGO), told Trend.
According to Guliyev, signing of a relevant decree by the President on the eve of the national holiday is less probable, as firstly the State Commission should meet and consider the appeals by citizens and arrested. The meeting of the kind has not been scheduled, he underlined.
