Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov left for a working visit to Geneva to participate in the 40th session of the UN Human Rights Council, Trend reports referring to the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry.

During the visit Mammadyarov will deliver a speech at the high level segment of the 40th session of the UN Human Rights Council and hold several bilateral meetings.
