Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov has departed for a working visit to Russia to attend the 7th ministerial meeting of the Caspian littoral states to be held in Moscow, December 4-5, 2017, the press service of Azerbaijan’s Foreign Ministry reported.

At the conference, Mammadyarov will deliver a speech.
