Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order to provide funding for complete renovation of facades and communication systems of 35 multi-storey apartment buildings in the city of Neftchala.

Under the presidential order, three million manats are allocated from the Presidential Contingency Fund for the renovation works.
