President of Bangladesh Abdul Hamid has expressed his confidence that his country`s cooperation with Azerbaijan will deepen.

“The fraternal ties between Bangladesh and Azerbaijan are rooted in history, common faith, culture and traditions. I am confident that our two friendly countries will further deepen our cooperation in the field of economy, trade, investment and commerce to the mutual benefit of our two peoples,” he said in a letter addressed to his Azerbaijani counterpart Ilham Aliyev as the two countries celebrate the 25th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations, Azertac reported.

“I convey my best wishes for your good health, personal well-being and happiness and for the continued peace, progress and prosperity of the friendly people of Azerbaijan,” the President of Bangladesh said.
