Wedding of Ibrahim Abzotov and Yasaman Abzotova deprived of parental care was held. The ceremony was arranged under the initiative of Azerbaijan`s First Vice-president, president of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva.

Friend of Ibrahim Abzotov Hicran Novruzov congratulated him on the occasion of the wedding and said: “I express my deepest gratitude to Azerbaijan`s First Vice-president, president of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva for support and care to the children deprived of parental care.”

Ibrahim Abzotov was born in Baku in 1989.

A group mate of Ibrahim Abzotov, Elchin Abbasov said: “I am very grateful to Azerbaijan`s First Vice-president, president of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva and vice-president of the Foundation Leyla Aliyeva. This remarkable day is another manifestation of this care and attention. The comprehensive condition was created in Azerbaijan for youth, as well as those who deprived of parental care.”

Yasaman Abzotova was born in 1994 in Alachadirli village of Barda district.

Narmina Zohrabova, director of the Orphanage No1 in the Nizami district wished Ibrahim Abzotov and Yasaman Abzotova successes in their future life, happiness and said: “A number of events were arranged by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, as well as President of the Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva in the educational and social fields. Mehriban Aliyeva attached particular care to the children deprived of parental care.”

Ibrahim Abzotov and Yasaman Abzotova were presented an automobile on behalf of Azerbaijan`s First Vice-president, president of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva.
