Human Rights Commissioner of the Russian Federation Tatyana Moskalkova has visited Khojaly Genocide memorial in Baku.

Accompanied by her Azerbaijani counterpart Elmira Suleymanova, the Russian Ombudsperson laid a wreath and flowers at the monument.
