The reports about the Azerbaijani helicopter allegedly downed along the line of contact are false, Azerbaijan’s Defense Ministry told Trend April 2.

Earlier, media outlets reported about a downed helicopter citing Armenia’s Defense Ministry.

Currently, the situation along the contact line is tense, said the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry.

A civilian was killed and another wounded as a result of the fire opened by the Armenian armed forces, added the Azerbaijani ministry.
