President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has conferred Heydar Aliyev Order on Arif Malikov, the People’s Artist of Azerbaijan.
A corresponding member of the National Academy of Sciences, Professor Arif Malikov as honored for his contributions to development of the Azerbaijani culture.
