Romanian Prime Minister Victor Ponta has arrived in Azerbaijan for an official visit.
At the Heydar Aliyev International Airport, the Romanian PM was welcomed by Azerbaijan`s deputy Premier Elchin Afandiyev and other officials.
Victor Ponta and Elchin Afandiyev had a brief talk in the airport`s VIP lounge.
