President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today visited a monument to the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic in the Istiglaliyyat Street.
A guard of honor was lined up around the monument.
The Head of State laid a wreath at the monument as a military orchestra performed the anthem of Azerbaijan Republic.
