British Under Secretary of State at Foreign and Commonwealth Office Simon Fraser will visit Azerbaijan Thursday to hold discussions on ways of developing the bilateral cooperation in the fields of trade, energy and investment.
He will travel to Azerbaijan after visiting Armenia and Georgia.
