In accordance with the mandate of special envoy of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, the OSCE mission has today held a monitoring on troops contact line near Gapanly village of Azerbaijan`s Tartar region.
According to Azerbaijan`s Defense Ministry, the monitoring was conducted by Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office William Pryor and field assistant Eugene Sarov.
From the opposite area the monitoring was conducted by field assistants of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Jiri Aberle and Hristo Hristov.
