President of Turkey Abdullah Gul has met Azerbaijan`s Deputy Prime Minister Elchin Efendiyev, who visited Ankara, to participate in the events commemorating national leader Heydar Aliyev`s memory.
The Turkish President said that national leader Heydar Aliyev`s memory was commemorating in Turkey, adding “One nation, two states” countries` relations in all spheres were at the highest level.
Chief of the presidential administration of Turkey Mustafa Issen and Azerbaijan`s Ambassador to Turkey Faiq Bagirov also attended the meeting.
