Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Public Diplomacy and Public
Affairs Bay Fang will arrive for a three-day visit to Azerbaijan on
December 4, the U.S. Embassy in Azerbaijan told Trend on Monday.
As part of his visit, Fang will visit not only Baku, but also
Sumgayit and Salyan, the embassy said, adding that the visit is of an
introductory character.
"Mrs. Fang will be acquainted with the work of the U.S. embassy in
Azerbaijan in the field of public diplomacy," a representative of the
embassy said.
Fang will meet with students, participants of the U.S. Embassy
English language programme and the educational programs of the U.S.
government.
Within his visit to the region Fang will also visit Tbilisi and Yerevan.

The U.S. Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Public Diplomacy and Public Affairs, Bay Fang will visit South Caucasus countries on December 3-4.
During his visit to the region Fang will visit Baku, as well as Tbilisi and Yerevan, the U.S. Embassy in Georgia told Trend on Monday.
Fang will meet with students, participants of the U.S. Embassy's English language programme and the educational programmes of the U.S. government.
