A meeting between Russian State Secretary, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Grigory Karasin and the Ambassador of Azerbaijan Polad Bulbuloglu took place in Moscow on 23 October, the ministry reported.
Some issues of bilateral relations and multilateral cooperation within the CIS were discussed, the report stated.
