President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan signed a decree on strengthening of Diaspora organizations’ activity. Under the decree, AZN 3 mln were allocated to the State Committee for Work with Diaspora from the Reserve Fund of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan considered in the state budget for 2012.
The relevant executive bodies are tasked to provide the financing and solve other questions resulting from the decree.
