President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev ended his working visit to Russia, on Tuesday after attending informal summit of the CIS Council of Heads of State.
At the Vnukovo 2 International Airport of Moscow Azerbaijan`s President was seen off by Russia`s top-ranking state and government officials.

President Ilham Aliyev returned to Baku on May 16.
