President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed an executive order to speed up socio-economic development in Tovuz. Under the order, Tovuz local authorities will receive 3 million manats
from President`s Reserve Fund to build Tovuz-Govlar-Agbashlar road. The road links 35 villages and districts with a total population of 40 thousand.
