President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed an Executive Order allocating AZN3 million for the construction of the Balakan-Gazma-Darvazbina highway in Balakan.
Under the presidential order, the funds will be allocated from the President`s Reserve Fund for 2012. The highway links 8 villages with the total population of 16,000 people.
