The reason why Armenia has banned the U.S. Embassy to monitor the mayoral elections in Hrazdan is absolutely obvious, Member of the Parliamentary Committee on International and Interparliamentary Relations Asim Mollazade said.
He commented on the recent information that the U.S. diplomatic mission in Armenia was banned to monitor mayoral election without any explanations. He said the matter is that Armenia can not be called a democratic state neither in regard of its foreign policy nor domestic policy. The power is usurped in Armenia. "Today, the Armenian leadership is ready for any action against its own people. They are not interested in any problems or needs of their people. They do anything to keep the power in their hands, and continue its aggressive policies against almost all the neighbors of Armenia,” Mollazade noted. ”I believe Armenia’s regime can not believe its claims. Everything that happens today in this country is a political game,” he noted.
