A religious figure from Ankara intends to include a 150 kg Quran manuscript into the Guinness World Records.

The width of the largest Quran manuscript is 107sm while heights – half meters. Religious figure and calligrapher Rejan Ozsoy worked on the manuscript two years and spent 10 thousand liras. "It took me one page a day to write the manuscript. Of course it's wasn't so easy. It required a great patience, love, stamina and determination", Ozsoy said speaking about the process of the work.

While opened, the Quran occupies 3 cubic meters. Its cover is made of gazelle leather, TRT.Russian reported.
