Girls and heels go together like sugar and spice. There's nothing sexier than a great pair of high heels—that is, if you can master walking in them. 

Year after year the designers come up with more and more original models of shoes, which turn out not so easy to walk with a flying gait.

Here are some cases which are familiar to all women who wear high heels:

1. When you found a pair of comfortable high heels, you want to get five of them

2. These heels look so gorgeous - “I don’t care that they are not my size”

3. That awkward moment when lattice is your worst enemy

4. First five minutes in high heels are comfortable and nice, but you don’t want to remember the last five minutes

5. When you really want to dance, but you realize that in such heels you can only sit

6. When you finally after walking for such a long time in high heels, find flat shoes to wear

Taking all these painful facts into consideration and the fact that walking on heels is a whole story, we can give certain tips for making your life easier.

You need to remember the size matters:

First and foremost, you want to make sure our heels or any shoes, for that matter are the proper size. If they are two big, your foot will slide around awkwardly. Too small and your foot will feel cramped, which will make walking a pain - literally and figuratively. For the best, get your foot size frequently.

Pace yourself:

If you’ve never walked in high heels before don’t start out learning with 5-inch stilettos - that’s a recipe for pain and maybe even injury. Try something smaller, like a 2-inch heel or wedge to get used to the feeling. You can always work your way up to your most killer heels.

Take time outs:

Whenever and wherever you can sit, just sit! There is no shame in taking a seat now and then. It will give your feet a chance to rest so when you are on your feet, you’ll be able to walk more comfortably.

Just relax:

Don’t think about every step you take when you’re walking. Concentrating too hard will make you look awkward. Instead, think about walking to a beat.

Get some over-the counter help:

There are plenty of products available at the pharmacy that’ll give your feet some extra support, such as metatarsal or ball of the foot pads. Especially if they are made of silicone, they will hold your foot steadier in the shoe so your feet aren’t sliding forward as much, which will protect your toes from friction and blisters. Stick these soft pads on your feet to reduce a bit of the pressure that’s placed on the balls of your feet.

Remember you are beautiful even without high heels!
