Eminent Azerbaijani cartoonist Seyran Jafarli has become a winner of the Debut international competition in Poland, which gathered 334 caricaturists from 51 countries. It is Jafarli`s 100th award in his career.
He is gearing from the AYACC international cartoon contest in China. Jafarli will be one of jury members.
