Artists from more than 40 countries including France, Russia, Turkey, Iran, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia and others are participating in the "Molla Nasraddin" International Cartoon Contest in Baku.
The contest will last till end of April.
This year the contest is dedicated to 130th anniversary of outstanding Azerbaijani artist Azim Azimzadeh, the Union of Azerbaijani Cartoonists said.
Chairman of the Union Bayram Hajizade will present his book “Oil and caricature” as part of the contest. The book consists of the best works of last year's International Cartoon Contest held in Baku.
