Young dancers and ensembles from Baku, Ganja and other parts of the country have demonstrated their talents at Kapaz 2025 Art Competition.

Co-organized by Azerbaijan Youth Union and the Azerbaijan Dance Association, the art contest took place at Ganja State National Drama Theater.

The young talents showcased their skills in such types of dance as gymnastic dance, showdance, hip-hop, modern, classical, dance of the peoples of the world, folklore stylization, folklore show in accordance with various age groups, which were assessed by a professional jury according to international criteria.

Speaking about Kapaz 2025, President of Azerbaijan Dance Association Aziz Azizov stressed that the main goal of organizing the competition is to support talented children and youth, create conditions for their appearance on stage and self-development.

He also expressed gratitude to all participants, their artistic directors for a worthy presentation and preservation of the art of dance, wishing them further success.

The winner of the Kapaz 2025 Cup and the Grand Prix was Gracia Dance Ensemble (Baku), under the artistic direction of Nigar Aliyeva, who took the largest number of first places in various nominations.

The winning team received the right to participate in the Azerbaijan Champions League. The ensembles X?ms?, Az?rin, Asiman ? Yalkyn were also recognized among the best teams.
