An exhibition of Azerbaijani artists has opened in Kleinsassen Modern Art Museum in Germany.

Entitled "Grenades and Yanardag", the exhibition is co-organized by "Berlin-Baku" gallery, Trend Life reported.

The Berlin-Baku gallery was opened in November 2016 by German artist-designer Ibrahim Ahrari and Azerbaijani honored worker of arts, Emin Mammadov.

The art works of such prominent artists as Ibrahim Ahrari, Alakpar Rzakulieva, Rasim Babayev, Mirjavad Javadov, Asmar Narimambekova, Natiq Akhmedzade, Isa Mammadov, Bahruz Javad, Orkhan Guseynov and others are put on display.

The exhibition features works made in different technique such as painting, calligraphy, sculpture, and directions - realism, abstractionism, cubism, conceptualism and others.

L the artworks reflect the culture, traditions, art, history of Azerbaijan, its past and present.

The exhibition will last until August 27.
