Young Azerbaijani singer Zaur Amiraslanov has become the first in the 2nd song contest of Turkic-speaking countries initiated by TURKSOY- Joint Administration of Turkic Culture and Art.
Alyona Sharibzhanova from Tatarstan and Deniz Bursali from Turkey shared second and third positions respectively. Azerbaijani People`s Artist Brilliant Dadashova was among the jury consisted of representatives from Turkey, Ukraine, Uzbekistan and the Russian Federation.
TURKSOY Secretary-General Dusen Kaseinov, Mayor Silifke Bayram Ali Ongel and TRT Avaz Channel Coordinator Adnan Suer presented awards to the winners.
