An exhibition reflecting Azerbaijan`s visits of Czech journalist Mikhal Kupsa opened in Vršovice distrsict of Prague on Tuesday. Addressing the opening ceremony of the event, Mikhal Kupsa said that he had visited Azerbaijan more times and the country`s rich history and culture, kind people, beautiful nature and cuisine made deep impression on him.
Azerbaijani ambassador to Czech Republic Tahir Tagizade noted that the photo exhibition has been organized to inform foreigners on Azerbaijan, which has not only oil and gas, but also rich culture, historical monuments, mud volcano and must-see-places.
Photos on Baku night, the Maiden Tower, Ateshgah Temple, Caspian seashore, Gobustan`s writing-on-stone, mud volcano, the Caucasus Mountains and others are demonstrated in the exhibition. Visitors were handed over book on Azerbaijan in the Czech language and “Irs-Heritage” magazine.
