The Baku Jazz Center will host a concert of Russia’s well-known jazz drummer Russian Alexander Mashin and jazz singer Juliana Rogacheva on March 2. Azerbaijan's honored artist Ruslan Huseynov and Elchin Shirinov will also attend the concert program.
