An international conference on “Development and Innovation business based on knowledge” of UNECE and the 4th meeting of Working Group on the project “development based on knowledge” of UN SPECA will be held, within the Bakutel-2011 17th exhibition-conference, on Nov. 24-25, in Baku.
Development and Innovation business based on knowledge will cover state and private partnership issues business of information and communication technologies in economic plane.
UNECE will mobilize international experts to nominate the offers on strategic issues. Moreover, UNECE and UNESCAP 4th session of working group based on knowledge will be held within the SPECA. Act plan of working group fulfilled for 2011 and accepting of working plan on 2012-2013 are considered to adopt.
